How paying for treatment works

You tell us your medical aid scheme. Just the name, to start. We'll ask for anything else privately.

We check your cover for you and explain what it's likely to include.

We handle pre-authorisation with your scheme, where it's needed.

If you're not on medical aid, or cover is limited, we'll explain our current rates for each stage.
Cover differs between schemes and plans. We'll never promise cover before it's confirmed by your scheme.

Is the first assessment free?
Yes. The assessment is free, confidential and carries no obligation, whether it's by phone, WhatsApp, video or in person.
Do you work with my medical aid?
We work with most medical aids. Ask us and we'll check your scheme and plan for you.
Can I pay privately?
Yes. Ask us for our current rates for each stage, and we'll explain them in full before anything is decided.
