Your programme is set by a multidisciplinary team after a free assessment. Each stage of treatment brings in the people it needs.
One team, many kinds of care
During treatment, clients are in the therapeutic and medical care of a multidisciplinary team, supported by on- and off-site team members. Each client’s progress is discussed at twice-weekly case management.
